Hard lines to our ladies team who played away at Corstorphine last night
Both rinks were defeated but one by only 2 shots and the other were victorious in their fair share of ends, but picking up a 1 each time just wasn’t enough with the opposition picking up 2s
To push a team as experienced as Corstorphine so close away from home is good though, especially for a brand new team.
So well done ladies and keep it up!
Meanwhile, closer to home, we also had the quarter finals of the Gents Rink Club Championship and you can see which teams progressed in the image below
The semi finals are due to take place this coming Monday, while our ladies will also be playing at home vs Summerside Bowling Club at the same time.
