Big well done the Skip Darren Prentice, John Urquhart, Allan Mitchell and Man of the Match Gary Largue who beat Runners up skip Ian Miller, Graham Angus, Ross Barclay and Lastly Garry Harrison with Darren taking out the oppositions second bowl at the last end with a brilliant drive to win the match at the last end with the last bowl, Darren and his team were all very steady and were well deserving of their win but Ian and his troops stuck with it the whole match and nearly stole it at the end, the game was a very sporting spectacle and a lot of very high standard bowls played as you would expect in the final of this prestigious event , Congratulations to Darren and his rink who will have the opportunity to go out and represent the Northern in the Scottish next year .
