Congratulations to our first winners of the new season as on Saturday the 29th of April we held our annual 2 bowl singles and pairs competition , and in the pairs it was the mix of experience and youth who were the victors in the shape of John Urquhart and young Andrew Millar winning his first Northern Bowling trophy, Big Well done Andrew, the runners up in the pairs were Darren Prentice and another debutant Zac Jouhar, great effort guys , it was also great to see another couple of our newbie members taking part in this competition for the first time Sean and Arron, the winner of this year’s 2 bowl Singles was Garry Harrison, Big Well done to Gaz and our runner up this year who had a great Day also reaching the semi’s of the pairs Gary 1R Largue,
many thanks must also go to Jamie Reid for running this tournament, and thanks also to everyone who turned up to play in this event which was well attended.
