Monday night the 8th of May seen the delayed club triples final take place from last year and it could have also been a Seniors final as it was contested by 6 of our elder bowling members, the game was very tight throughout the game but coming out narrow winners and Congratulations go to Jim Prentice, Roy Campbell and skipped by big George Prentice, the runners up on the night having run a very close second were Dave Smith, Davie Reid and skipped by Mick Morrison, very hard lines guys, i was asked not to mention the eight that the runners up picked up at the 7th or 8th end, so i wont mention that, incidentally later on this week on Friday evening the Seniors Single Championship also from last year takes place and will be contested between two of the bowlers mentioned in this report, good luck to Davie Reid reaching his first seniors Championship final and the old stalwart and past Champion who is George Prentice, good luck guys, roll off at 1830pm.
